As is known to the public, the Palestra Itália, stadium of Palmeiras (Sao Paulo local soccer club), will be reformed and transformed into an arena. We would like to share some details about this action.

1.How did this relationship between the Company WTorre and Palmeiras was born?
I worked at an investments bank and had trade relationships with WTorre. In development of  the Arena’s project in partnership with the Planning Board (Prof. Luiz Gonzaga Belluzzo) and the Managing Director of Palmeiras (Jose Cyrillo Jr), we realized that the profile of the investment was very close to the strategies of WTorre. One completed the other.

2.Why the reform?
The project is approved by the townhall for reform and expansion

3.How will it be financed? What is the value of investment?
It will be financed with its own and WTorre received resources. Approximately U.S. $ 250 MM

4.How is reform agenda expected. When does it begins and ends?
It will be 30 months of work. It begins as a social club and as Arena

5.The Palmeiras stadium will be the only one to be retired by WTorre?
No, there are other projects in progress.

6.Having the World Cup 2014 as focus - how does  WTorre sees the market? Who is the competitor? Is the industry ready?
The scenario is promising, not only for the world cup, but to constructions "multi-use". I do not see competition in the industry still defined, it is a new market.

7.Is the government involved in some way in that context?
No.

8.Any comments?
Yes, there is many good stuff in the site <link http: www.arenapalestra.com.br>www.arenapalestra.com.br
