As we grow, we are looking for an Activation and Engagement Manager who can carry our vision forward and make a substantial impact on the world of active living.

KEY EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• A proven track record and at least five years’ experience in endurance sports marketing or a similar lifestyle market.

• A bachelor's degree in marketing or a Business Management related subject (preferred but not essential)

• Fluent level of English, both spoken and written.

• Elementary German (preferred but not essential)

• Demonstrated success in driving brand awareness and user engagement in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Experience in delivering remarkable and engaging event experiences

• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including social media, content creation, and influencer partnerships.

• Experience in crafting and executing innovative partnerships, bringing value to both sides

• Experience delivering marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.

• Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, utilising analytics to refine strategies and drive results.

• The ability to motivate and guide a team toward shared goals.

• Strategic mindset with the capacity to adapt strategies based on evolving market trends.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey Muuvr's mission and values.

• Flexibility and willingness to be hands-on in a collaborative team environment.

• A passion for endurance sports and an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within this sector.
